How does Oraqel Code calculate my numbers?
Your code is generated from your date of birth using a proprietary system rooted in numerological principles. The math behind it is intentional and refined. We keep the methodology private to preserve the integrity of the system.

What if I do not know my exact birth time?
The Oraqel Code only requires your date of birth. Time of birth is not used. This means your reading is reliable even when birth records are incomplete.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, find Oraqel Code, and tap Cancel Subscription. You will keep access until the end of your current billing period. If you purchased Lifetime Access, no cancellation is needed since it is a one-time purchase with no recurring charges.

How do I reset my profile or delete my data?
Open the App, go to Profile, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete Profile. This removes all of your data from the App. You can also email support@oraqelcode.com if you would like our help.

Can I add my partner, my children, or my friends to the App?
Yes. The My Circle feature lets you add the people you love so you can run Cupid's Arrow compatibility, plan childbirth dates, and explore the relationships in your life. Please only add people whose information you have the right to enter.

I forgot to start my free trial. Can I still try the App?
Email us at support@oraqelcode.com with your Apple ID and we will see what we can do.

Is there an Android version?
Not yet. Oraqel Code is available on iOS and iPadOS first. An Android version is on the roadmap.

I think I found something hidden in the App. What is that?
You may have discovered the doorway. We will leave that mystery for you to explore.
