Terms of Service

Please read these Terms carefully before using Oraqel Code. By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Shane Baldwin ("Developer," "we," "our," or "us") governing your use of the Oraqel Code mobile application and the Oraqel Code web app at oraqelapp.com (together, "the App"). These Terms apply to all users including free tier users, premium subscribers, and guest users.

2.Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Users under 18 should have a parent or guardian's permission to use the App.

3.Subscription

The App offers premium features through monthly and annual subscriptions, as well as a one-time lifetime purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings (iOS) or your account settings on the web.

  • Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • The cost of renewal is the same as your initial subscription price unless changes are communicated in advance.
  • You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings (iOS) or in your account settings (web).

4.Refund Policy

All sales are final. Subscription fees and one-time purchases are non-refundable, including for the unused portion of any subscription period and for features you have not yet had the chance to use. Please consider your purchase carefully before completing checkout.

If you purchased through the App Store, any refund decision rests with Apple. You may submit a request at reportaproblem.apple.com; Apple's decision on refund eligibility is final and is not made by us.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings (iOS) or through your account settings on the web. Cancellation stops the next renewal — it does not refund the current billing period.

We are a small operation and we take each subscription seriously. If you encounter a billing error, a duplicated charge, or a technical issue on our end that we can resolve, please write to us at support@oraqelcode.com. We will look into it case by case.

5.Intellectual Property

The Oraqel Code system, the four number framework, the Find David archetype scoring, Cupid's Arrow compatibility methodology, Sacred Interval detection, the visual design of the App, and all associated content are the proprietary intellectual property of Shane Baldwin. You may not copy, reverse engineer, reproduce, or attempt to derive the underlying methodology of any feature in the App. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for your own personal use only.

6.Your Content and Conduct

When you enter information about yourself or others into the App, you represent that you have the right to do so. You agree not to use the App to harass, defame, or violate the privacy of any other person. You agree not to upload or transmit any unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

7.Spiritual and Personal Insight Disclaimer

Oraqel Code is offered for sacred reflection, personal insight, and self exploration. It is not a substitute for medical advice, mental health treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or professional counseling. Decisions about your health, finances, relationships, and life are yours to make. Do not rely on the App as the sole basis for any major life decision.

The readings, archetypes, compatibility scores, and other features in the App are tools for reflection. They are not predictions, guarantees, or medical or psychological diagnoses.

8.Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error free, or completely secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10.Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may stop using the App and delete it from your device at any time.

11.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the effective date at the top of this document and may notify you through the App. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
